I am a public entrepreneur.

Over the course of my professional career, I have gained experience working for Governments, Parliament and International Organizations. I obtained my Ph.D. in Economics (Magna Cum Laude) from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies, Geneva. My dissertation was about Development Economics using Brazil as a case study.

I hold an MPA degree in Economic Policy Management from Columbia University, and I concluded my undergraduate studies in Political Science (University of Sao Paulo) and Business Administration (Getulio Vargas Foundation). In Brazil, I have co-founded several grassroots movements to promote civic engagement and shape the political debate.

I am now also a columnist at Nexo, an innovative news outlet, and Quebrando o Tabu, the largest Facebook page in Brazil about politics and human rights.
